The tone has
undoubtedly changed. It made the situation completely negative. The paragraph
was initially a story, where one particular person was trying to be better in
her life with the help of her surroundings, but after the changes were made, it
made the story has an entirely different outlook.
I love how the opposite of psychologist is serial killer!
